Submitted content does not violate third-party copyrights, trademarks, or intellectual property rights. Content provided is not illegal, offensive, defamatory, or inappropriate. You provide accurate billing, shipping, and contact information. Versatile Custom Boxes is not responsible for content submitted by users or third parties and reserves the right to refuse service if submitted materials violate legal or ethical standards.
Orders & Custom Products
All products offered by Versatile Custom Boxes are custom-made according to client specifications. Once an order is approved and sent for production, changes or cancellations may not be possible. Clients are responsible for reviewing and approving all artwork, specifications, and order details before final confirmation.
Payments & Pricing
All prices are quoted in U.S. Dollars (USD) unless stated otherwise. Full payment is required before production begins. Prices may change without notice prior to order confirmation. Any applicable taxes, shipping charges, or duties are the responsibility of the customer.
Cancellations & Refunds
Due to the custom nature of our products: Orders cannot be canceled once production has started. Refunds are not offered for approved or completed custom orders. If an error occurs due to our mistake, we may offer a reprint or corrective solution at our discretion. To report an issue, contact sales@versatilecustomboxes.com within 48 hours of receiving your order, along with clear photos of the concern.
Design Services
Design services provided by Versatile Custom Boxes are non-refundable once delivered. Clients are responsible for final approval of all design proofs before production.
Artwork & File Submission
Clients are responsible for submitting print-ready files. We are not liable for errors related to: Low-resolution images, Color variations, Spelling or grammatical errors, Incorrect dimensions or layouts. By submitting files, you confirm that you have full rights to use the content and accept full responsibility for its legality.
Proofing & Color Accuracy
Digital proofs are provided for approval prior to printing. Final printed colors may vary due to screen differences, printing methods, and materials used. Exact color matching is not guaranteed unless specifically agreed upon in writing. Once proofs are approved, Versatile Custom Boxes is not responsible for errors that were present in the approved proof.
Shipping & Delivery
Production time begins after final proof approval and payment confirmation. Delivery timelines are estimates and not guaranteed. Versatile Custom Boxes is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, customs, weather, or events beyond our control. Risk of loss passes to the customer once the order is handed over to the shipping provider. Incorrect shipping information provided by the customer may result in additional charges.
Overruns & Underruns
Due to industry standards, delivered quantities may vary by ±5% of the ordered amount. This variation is considered acceptable and non-refundable.
Limitation of Liability
Versatile Custom Boxes’ total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific order in question. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use of our website or services.
Website Use & Availability
We strive to keep our website accurate and operational but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. Versatile Custom Boxes is not responsible for technical errors, downtime, or data loss.
