At VERSATILE CUSTOM BOXES INC, we take pride in delivering premium, made-to-order packaging solutions tailored specifically to your requirements. Since each product is customized, our return and refund policy is structured to be transparent, practical, and fair. Please review the details below to understand how we handle cancellations, reprints, and claims.
Final Sale Policy
All custom packaging orders are non-returnable and non-refundable once placed. Because products are manufactured according to your approved specifications, refunds or credits are only issued if an error is confirmed on our end.
If such an error occurs, we will correct it by reprinting the order rather than issuing a refund.
Order Cancellation Guidelines
Orders may be canceled depending on the stage of production. Cancellation fees apply to cover processing, design, and production costs already incurred.
Cancellation Phases
Phase 1 – Before Design Adjustments
If the order is canceled before any design revisions begin, a cancellation fee of $15 plus 5% of the total order value will be charged to cover administrative, banking, and initial setup costs.
Phase 2 – During Design Process
If cancellation is requested while the design team is actively working on your order, at least 20% of the total order amount will be retained to cover design and operational expenses.
Phase 3 – Production Stage
Once the order has been approved and sent for printing, cancellation cannot be guaranteed. If cancellation is successful at this stage, a minimum of 50% of the total order value will be deducted due to production and material costs.
Phase 4 – Dispatched Orders
Orders that have already been shipped or collected by the courier cannot be canceled under any circumstances.
Important: Fees paid for design services are non-refundable once the order has been processed.
Defective, Damaged, or Missing Products
Reprint Requests
If you receive items that are damaged, defective, or incomplete, you must notify VERSATILE CUSTOM BOXES INC within 3 business days of delivery. Claims submitted after this period will not be accepted.
To qualify for a reprint:
At least 99% of the delivered items must be returned
Products must be shipped back within 10 days of delivery
Return shipments must be pre-approved in writing
Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility.
Shipping Damage Responsibility
Customers are required to inspect packages at the time of delivery. If visible damage or missing cartons are found:
Report the issue immediately to the courier
Notify VERSATILE CUSTOM BOXES INC within 3 business days
Claims not reported within this timeframe will not be eligible for replacement.
Non-Refundable Services
Charges related to rush production, expedited printing, or express shipping are strictly non-refundable, even if the order qualifies for a reprint.
Artwork Approval & Printing Standards
Customers are fully responsible for reviewing and approving final artwork and specifications before production begins. VERSATILE CUSTOM BOXES INC is not responsible for errors related to:
Spelling, grammar, or punctuation mistakes
Incorrect fonts, layouts, or image placement
Structural issues such as die lines, folds, or cuts
Incorrect dimensions or sizing
Color reproduction is guaranteed within 90% accuracy of the approved digital proof. For exact color matching, a physical proof must be requested at an additional cost. Screen-based proofs may vary due to display differences.
